We are currently looking for both Full and Part time Receptionists Staff to join our team in Vertigo, in both our Newtownbreda & Titanic Quarter Sites.
Hours of work: Applicants should be flexible Monday to Sunday
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Handling check in of customers to ensure smooth arrival process
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Promoting company products to existing and new customers
- Booking in of customers on computerised diary system
- General administrative duties
- Replying to customer enquiries via several communication channels
- Generate new leads for the database using external sources
- Conduct relevant debrief meetings with the senior managers
- To develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge and thorough understanding of all services, rates and relevant administration and operational processes
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- 1-2 years front of house customer service experience
- Presentable
- Highly motivated
- IT literate
- Organised
- Clear communicator
- Quick learner
- Outgoing
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
- Previous experience of online booking and check in procedures
- Cash Handling Experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced leisure/hospitality front of house role
Wage in line with national minimum
