Pamporovo is a bright, modern ski resort nestled high in the Rhodope Mountains in Southern Bulgaria. Set amongst magnificent pine forests, Pamporovo offers an excellent base for a skiing holiday with a choice of great hotels and conveniently located nightlife on your doorstep. The resort is particularly suited to both beginners and intermediates, although it’s Giant Slalom ‘The Wall’ ensures that any experienced skier will be more than happy. Pamporovo is home to our popular ‘Learn to Ski’ and ‘Improvers’ weeks.

The internationally renowned ski school at Pamporovo provides the best possible start for beginners. There is tuition for 4 hrs a day, 6 days a week, with ski fitting and class arranging etc. The school meets in the Malina region, just a few minutes from the centre of the resort. There are several drag lifts on the nursery slopes, and beginners will find plenty of easy, scenic runs and a great choice of nursery slopes.


The 37 kms of marked piste are ideal for intermediate skiers with limited experience. They will find Pamporovo the perfect place to gain practice and learn techniques on the excellent red runs.


Advanced skiers can jump on the drag lift from the middle station which runs up the side of “The Wall”. This Pamporovo’s most difficult ski run in the resort.


Pamporovo offers great conditions for snowboarding. In the resort the unique 105m half pipe which hosts many competitions. The Fun Park which is located near skiing facilities has fun and challenging jumps for all ages.


Those who prefer the Nordic sports will find a total of 34 km of trails for cross-country skiing all around Pamporovo. These diverse tracks wind through an impressive landscape.


Being one of the most popular mountain resorts in Bulgaria, Pamporovo has a lot to offer skiers with plenty of lively nightspots and bars. For those wanting to sample a bit of true Bulgarian life why not visit one of its many local folk restaurants and try the local specialities along with some popular Bulgarian wine and traditional entertainment. There is also a wide range of restaurants offering European dishes in the resort. From disco clubs, classical and lobby bars, pubs and clubs, bowling halls, billiards to piano bars, there is great range of activities to enjoy once the skiing day is over



The Perelik Hotel Complex is located in the very heart of Pamporovo resort. A modern hotel, the Perelik has a contempory interiors which with the backdrop and beauty of the Rhodope Mountains, create a sense of tranquility and home-like coziness. The hotel itself was completely renovated in 2017 with 4* level rooms, reception, lobby bar, main restaurant and A’la Carte restaurant.


The lobby bar, the reception desk and the main restaurant also went through complete architectural refurbishment corresponding to all requirements of four-star service. The new restaurant offers modern look of interior and from 350 to 400 seats, show cooking area and a drink bar; renovated à la carte restaurant with a completely new interior in warm and cozy colors; a modern nightclub with a bar, an après bar, a bowling bar and a 6-track hall, a business center and a conference hall with 400 seats, billiards room and electronic games. All guests can benefit with room service, laundry and ironing service and a ski storage for personal equipment.

The relax center has a the biggest indoor heated swimming pool in the resort (25 m x 12 m, 5 corridors), an excellently equipped fitness gym, sauna and massage cabinets. There are also underground parking and outdoor parking lot, tennis and mini football playground and a covered tunnel connection with the neighbouring hotel Orlovetz.


Built over 8 floors, the hotel offers 130 rooms with 285 beds. Thats 92 double superior rooms with a sofa bed (2+2), 18 double superior roos for 2, 9 one-bedroom superior flats (2+2) and 11 2-bedroom superior apartments (4+2). All rooms are completely new and spacious and provide their guests all the necessary comforts for a comfortable stay. The rooms are equipped with Plasma TV’s with Satellite connectivity, telephone, mini bar, central heating with independent temperature controls for the room(s). There is also a hot drinks set, free wireless internet a safe deposit box plus more. A bathroomsare equipped with showers, hairdryer, towels and a telephone. Most of the units have balconies with beautiful mountain views.
